After 25 years, my 36 inch counter depth subzero finally had to go. I was at a loss as I really did not want to do any cabinet work. By fate, Dawn, the salesperson at the wayne store, reviewed my options and guided me through this event. She was very informative and always available for my questions and even very kind when I switched the bottom freezer model for a side by side. She was great and I was very thankful for her help.
Prior to finalizing my order, two installers checked if the new kitchenaid refrigerator fit, which was a major concern of mine. They also reviewed access and it was a go.
So Saturday july 25, the new unit arrived and the 2 delivery drivers were not convinced that the new refrigerator could get in the house and the old heavier subzero could be pulled out until the two installers arrived and helped to make quick work of removing and replacing the refrigerators. Great job by all in lifting these heavy units.
So finally, the installers, jason and andrew, put the unit in place and fired it up. They were very detailed and reviewed some service issues that I needed to deal with. They were very informative and answered any questions that I had. They were great and were a pleasure.
Sorry for the long winded review but had to note all events on this journey. Everyone did an amazing job and i offer my deepest thanks to all.
