Adam was an outstanding sales representative. He was professional, knowledgeable, informative, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to help me choose the right air conditioning unit for my son’s room and also informed me about the mounting bracket I would need, which I greatly appreciated. This PC Richard & Son location is an excellent place to shop for home appliances. The customer service was exceptional, and I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products and a great shopping experience.

My dryer broke this am so off to PC Richards in Wayne NJ I went. I've purchased various appliances here so I knew I would find what I needed. I had called prior to leaving the house and spoke to Adam. He was able to pull up the model of the dryer I currently have. So Dawn greeted me and I gave her my info. She showed me the model that was the closest match to what I currently have. Explained all the features and let me know it was currently on sale. She processed my purchase and explained the warrantys available (I took the 8 year one) and was able to get delivery scheduled for this coming Saturday. She was very knowledgeable and and kind. As with every purchase I've made at this PC Richards location, my experience was stress free, I feel very positive about my purchase and the employees are extremely helpful.

The buying experience at PC Richards in Wayne was great from start to finish, thank you Harris and Juan (store manager) for the great customer service experience. The LG Washer and Dryer combo were competitively priced and delivered as promised. The delivery team did a great job installing the units and did not make a mess.

My salesman Harris Brown was so very helpful in making my choice of new TV. Harris explained the benefits of the Samsung 55 inch HD, AI, SMART TV. Harris also suggested that I purchase a circuit breaker, Book an appointment for a set up of tv the day it was delivered. He also mentioned the benefits of taking out his service contract on the TV. I purchased the TV on Tuesday evening around 6 PM and the TV was delivered and set up by that Thursday. I was watching my new TV at 4 PM Thursday afternoon. Thanks again, Harris.
