Allen at P.C. Richard & Son in Union completely made our back-to-school and Labor Day shopping a breeze! I came in looking for a mini fridge for my dorm room, and Allen was so patient and professional, walking me through all the options and helping me find the perfect fit during their back-to-school sale. My grandmother was with me and ended up heading upstairs to the luxury appliance section, where she fell in love with a gorgeous Whirlpool refrigerator and ended up purchasing it right then and there. Allen's presentation and product knowledge were top-notch across the board. Our whole family absolutely loves P.C. Richard & Son, and if you're shopping for any appliances—from dorm essentials to high-end kitchen upgrades—definitely ask for Allen!

Allen and Jason did a great job for us. Sold us a TV at a good price and answered our questions expertly. They took back our old blown out TV. We will be coming back for sure.

I had an excellent experience at P.C. Richard & Son! Llala provided outstanding customer service from the very beginning. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to help me choose the right KitchenAid appliances for my new kitchen. He answered all of my questions, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and was always friendly and professional. Even after my purchase, He has continued to assist me whenever I needed help, which truly shows how much he cares about his customers. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to providing exceptional service before and after the sale. I highly recommend asking for Llala if you're shopping for appliances. Thank you for making this such a great experience!

I had a great experience today. My salesman Allen was outstanding!! He answered all my questions. He expected the TV before purchasing it to ensure it was all in good standards. We also purchased a HP computer. He also helped me to load in the car. Great work!!!!

CAUTION ON DISPLAY MODELS! PC Richards sales people were friendly, attentive, and helpful. And I was very excited to see a deep discount on a “Display Model” all in one combination washer dryer. Normally $3299, it was discounted to $1199! This was a combination of a manufacturer sale (they were going for $2199 at all other retailers for a limited time), it appears from the PC Richards website that they were phasing Out the all in ones combination machines. And they advertised it “includes manufacturers warranties!”, which to me meant that the warranty would begin when I purchased it, as the first owner. It sounded great, but I was concerned about its drying capability and asked what the return policy was. The salesman said there was none, and that no retailer in the industry took back washing machines. OK. I believe believed him. And after all, I was getting a warranty, and a great price on a new machine, and they gave me six months 0% financing. Good enough to take a chance of the drying capability. Lucky me. Thought so… until they delivered it. It had scratches and dents on the sides, which I didn’t see in the store because it was a display model wedged between two other machines. They were small, but why would a new machine that had only been in the store has scratches on the side? I went to fill up the detergent and fabric softener tanks to do my first load, and found significant detergent residue already in the tanks. The machine had clearly been used before. I did some online research with the model and serial numbers, as well as contacted Samsung support. Turns out this “display model” was manufactured in February 2024, over two years ago! It was sold to someone in April 2024 which triggered the manufacturing warranty to start, and it expired in April 2025, almost a year ago. I took the tanks with the detergent residue, my receipt, and these photos back to the manager. He tried to argue with me that it was sold “as is”, (which did not appear anywhere anywhere sign). “As is” would have correctly disclosed that it is used or damaged in some way. They advertised it only having been a display, which means unused. False advertising in my book. I pointed out to the manager did the sign said it included a manufactured warranty, but that Samsung had verified that the warranty had already expired in April 2025. The manager told me “oh no, what we mean is we give you our PC Richard warranty for a year, and it’s the same coverage”. That may very well be, I told him, but advertising that it included an actual manufacturer’s warranty implied, it was an unused product, when it turns out it was used and might need more frequent repair. He then gave me the runaround that manufacturers initially give a 1 year warranty to The retailer when they buy it, and then restart the warranty for the customer when a customer buys it. All untrue of course, and confirmed untrue by Samsung text support. (There is only one manufacturers warranty required by law, it is one year, and it starts when a customer purchases it, not when the retailer purchases it.) I also told him that nothing transparent about the age of the product that was on top of the line model, not two-year-old technology (and the model and serial number were on a tag on the back of the machine against the wall, not even on the paperwork when I bought it. I didn’t google the serial number until it was already in my home, lessons learned). I felt that because I have been told I had bought an unused, and therefore new machine, that they should replace it with an actual new machine. The manager refused, saying he would swap out the machine for free, but I would have to pay the full retail price not the discount price I had paid for a display model. I called a legal service. They said I might have some traction to have them replaced it with a new machine, but that I would have to sue them for it. Laborious. The manager offer me a discount which made it essentially the same price as a used machine on EBay, plus I was getting the store warranty. I took it.
