It is rare to come across a company this excellent!!! Refrigerator correctly diagnosed promptly. Part came in 3 days. Part installed the next day. Everything runs great. They stick to their 2 hour window like clockwork. Robbie, our technician is professional, friendly and leaves everything neat. The office is so nice and efficient. Price was fair. Highly recommend them.

So far, the phone experience is HORRIBLE. There is this lady Mona who seems to be constantly agitated and rude. The tech who came in, however, (Timothy - not sure of his name) was super knowledgeable and friendly. This review is truly an honest opinion of phone operator - Mona. She seems to need some intervention on an urgent basis.

I’m a single mom and my dishwasher and oven went out at the same time- Jersey coast ordered the parts I needed to fix both ! The workers knew exactly what I needed and helped me and saved me a ton of money! While I was driving home today I saw a jersey coast van pull over to help an older gentleman man - I called the shop and they told me his name was Dennis! It was really nice to see there are good people out there that will stop without thinking twice to help less fortunate people! Great job Dennis- you made my day!
