Had them come out to do an annual AC service, charged $159.99 per unit, I have 2. They didn't even change the filters. I normally pay $89.99 and filters are replaced. RIPPED OFF I asked the tech if he replaced the filters he said "all good" that was a lie.

He quickly confirmed that our refrigerator ice maker needed a new part and even diagnosed our dryer issue during the same visit after we added it to the claim. Once again this company continues to provide excellence service. Not only did we have dryer issues, we had heater as well, called Long Lane, they came out and got the job done within 48 hours!!
