I’ve been using this location for 8 years. I’ve bought a full Kitchen Suit of appliances as well as new washer and dryer. In my opinion, new appliances are falling extremely short of what you would expect as far as reliability. My washer (GE) has broken three times in the three years I’ve owned it. The employees there told me that was the top of the line machine. It recently broke again but is now out of warranty and the cost to fix is more than the washer is brand new. When I asked P.C. Richard’s what they would do to help me out, they said “we do not stand by the products we sell.” You are better off going literally anywhere else than this place that is run by people who really don’t care about the customer.

We had a great experience at P.C. Richard’s! Trevor was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process easy without being pushy. He helped us find exactly what we needed and got us a really good price on our Frigidaire upright freezer. We felt like we got a great value and excellent customer service. Thank you, Trevor, for making the experience so smooth — we’ll definitely shop here again and recommend P.C. Richard’s to others!

When we recently had an issue regarding our purchase Danny provided us some awesome over the top service. Boy oh boy does he know his stuff about tvs, he set up a service call but we ended up not needing it as the problem worked its way out. So thank you sir, my mom and dad appreciates it. Finally getting around to writing this well-deserved review for Danny. We visited the store looking for a new French door refrigerator, unsure about the style, size, and brand that would work best for our home. Danny immediately impressed us with his extensive knowledge and patient approach to helping us explore our options. He showed us several French door models tailored to our taste and needs. While we absolutely loved the $4,000 model (it was gorgeous but definitely bougie and beyond our budget! 😅 pictures attached), Danny never pushed us toward it. Instead, he took the time to explain the differences between brands, energy consumption, features, and what would truly work for our lifestyle, like a 🐐 What really stood out was Danny's genuine expertise - not just with refrigerators, but across the entire store! He's equally knowledgeable about office chairs, TVs, and other appliances. His warm and welcoming personality made the shopping experience enjoyable, even though we ultimately decided to purchase elsewhere due to budget constraints. I wanted to take the time to properly appreciate Danny's efforts and professionalism. He treated us with respect and kindness throughout our visit, never making us feel pressured despite not making a sale. This is the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back! 👏 Thank you, Danny, for your time, patience, and expertise.
