Where should I begin, because this was surely a journey! Let me begin by saying how I ended up buying from this specific store. I was looking online to replace my old Speed Queen washer, and yes, I said Speed Queen. I loved my washer, but it was old and had too much damage, so it would cost too much to fix it, so I started searching online and looking for a new replacement set. So I searched and searched and searched. Originally I was going to replace my old set with a new Speed Queen pair, but I always wanted a front loader because I read how much cleaner it made clothes compared to top loaders but had resisted getting one because I heard so many bad things about them as well, like if you don't leave the door open after washing, the gasket will grow mold and mildew and make the washer and clothes smelly. Nonetheless, I went ahead and made my decision to purchase a front loader, so my next job was to see who I wanted to purchase from and which brand and model I wanted, so I ended up making my decision after tumultuous researching, comparing, and contrasting. I chose P.C. Richard and Son and Electrolux as the brand, and I could not be happier, and this is all thanks to my wonderful salesman Paul. He was so intelligent, understanding, and caring to make sure I got the washer and dryer I needed. The price had even increased the day when I was supposed to make my purchase, and he honored the previous price, which I appreciated so much. He even went ahead and honored the pedestal price of another store since it was cheaper at a different store. What more could I ask for? I purchased from him, and when my washer and dryer arrived, the dryer was damaged, and I called him. He had someone come out and ask me what I wanted to do. I told them to replace the dryer, which he did. My washer also had a few scratches as well. They offered to replace it or give me a discount, so I went with the discount because that was the best option for me. In the end, I want to thank Paul for the awesome job he's done to take care of me as my salesman, even though I felt like he's more like family to me because he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy, and I have nothing but brotherly love for Paul, so I would like P.C. Richard to look into giving him a pay raise and, in the future, a supervisor position because that's exactly what his actions and compassionate heart portrayed.
