P C Richard & Son

Bought a dishwasher from P.C. Richard & Son, had it delivered and installed, and everything is perfect. Seems like that should be the end of my review - but what absolutely stands out worthy of a review was my interaction with Darwin. Darwin's customer service was friendly, funny in all the right areas of our conversation, and an absolute joy to interact with over the phone. One might think that he's simply trying to make a sale, but he honestly didn't have to exude the pleasantness and kindness that comes from a genuinely nice person - and not everyone who's trying to sell a dishwasher leaves that kind of lasting feeling tone to that kind of interaction. Darwin deserves a little bonus for going above and beyond as he single handedly made the experience of buying a dishwasher an excellent one rather than just a transactional one.

He made the entire process easy and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend working with him!

As soon as I walked through the door I was amazed at the selection they had on the floor. So many different appliances for our home and even mattresses that were amazing. Eddie was such an amazing salesman from the moment I called before I came in. He guided me to exactly what I needed and has even convinced me to come back to buy something else soon.
