Tuesday, 06/29/29: It took 3-4 weeks to get confirmation that my stove and hood were in. The two partners didn’t know the status after one said everything was in. The owner didn’t have a clue. The owner came out previously to measure the hood but never inspected where the gas line was. “We don’t do that” in his nasty call. Upon installation, which was great by the two guys here, the stove could not be put back to the wall. They said you need a plumber to adjust the gas line. Upon asking to contact the owner, he was the most belligerent person on earth. He offered to call “his” retired plumber but said”do you think he will just jump up and call you? You can’t get someone that quick.” Well, read on Well, 24 hours later, no call from the retired plumber. Called MY Plumber, Rich’s Plumbing in East Brunswick today (24 hours later). They will be here tomorrow , at noon. Never again. They are great until there’s an issue. And, even then, they don’t have a clue. Dave Krempecki

2 dead brand new refrigerators in two years. It was pulling teeth to get them to help the first time when it died after just three months. I had to call them repeatedly and every time they said they would call back they never did. Now the warranty replacement completely dead just 2 years later and they won't even make a phone call to their Frigidaire rep to at least TRY to help. I should have bought from a box store with deeper pockets as a manager would have likely made this right if I made enough noise. These guys try to avoid helping at all costs. Would not use this place again under any circumstances.

Bought an over the range microwave on Monday from Mickey., and had it delivered and installed the next day. Both Jonathan and Ken were great guys. It fits perfectly, and they cleaned up the area afterwards. Happy Home Appliance is a great place to do business with. This is the third appliance my family has purchased from them. We will be back should the need arise. Thank you !!
