Came here about a week ago to get some stuff for a dye table. Came out with all the stuff I needed except for the plywood. Super knowledgeable and friendly family owned business that I would really really recommend supporting. The store itself is really retro and has a bunch of interesting stuff in there. Great people, great service, and super great deals. Come if you’re in the Rutgers New Brunswick area for sure.

DIY homeowner here. Highly recommend Redmond’s Appliance. Old school shop with vintage advertising, parts on hand, excellent advice, hand written receipts and even some resident cats perched on the desks. I called in with a part number and the receptionist took time to verify the part number and actually corrected my information. When I got there I was assured that I had the correct part for my diagnosis and encouraged that the part would solve my problem. All in all I had a great experience with these guys and recommend you give them your business.

They were so friendly and helpful with getting me the parts I needed to fix my dryer. I was making mistakes along the way and had to make multiple trips to the store. They took the time to explain that the dryer wasn't working properly even with the replacement parts since there is a safety in place to shut off the flame if the drum and door were not reassembled. Lastly, there's an actual person who answers the phone when you call!!! I wish there were more stores with this type of customer service.
