P C Richard & Son

I placed an order for same day delivery on Thursday, July 2 with P.C. Richard. When my delivery did not arrive I followed up with P.C. Richard on Friday, July 3 and spoke with someone who told me that they were behind on deliveries. I later received an email that my item was shipped on July 3. As of today I have yet to receive my delivery. According to P.C. Richard they used Select Express / AIT Home Delivery service to deliver my item. In reviewing the document provided by Select Express, I noticed something strange regarding the pick up and delivery time. In the attached document from Select Express, it states that the item was picked up at 6:25 pm and then I signed off on the delivery at 6:26pm. How can it be possible for me to receive and sign off on a delivery 1 minute after it has been picked up from the store? It is clear that someone from Select Express / AIT Home Delivery service forged my signature and stole my delivery. I'm so disappointed. On the hottest day of the summer, I was hoping to provide additional cooling for my home especially since I have an infant.

Andy is my go-to sales person, I only buy my appliances from him specifically. I’ve been going to him for years now. He’s very professional and attentive. He always takes his time to explain and show me different options and helps me choose the best fit for me. He has even come in on his day off to help me in the store. My loyalty to this company is because of Andy’s great customer service. I will always recommend my friends and family to Andy in Jersey City.

JERSEY CITY; CONVENIENCE. Purchased Friedrich A/C here. Delivery was free. Supposedly the customer service is good although I haven't had to contact them yet. The price was the same as Amazon. I could tell that the sales guys there were there to make their sales commission. Normal, I guess. Bought a Wallmaster 230V 12K BTU for $1,395 w/ tax.

I have to say, PC Richard & Son is one of my favorite stores to shop at. I recently went in to purchase a mini karaoke (singing) system, and I had a great experience from start to finish. Sales consultant Matthew assisted me right away, and along with manager Josh, they were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The entire store staff was polite and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend PC Richard & Son to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service. — Eddie
