I received unbelievable professionalism in Dylan at PC Richards in Brick, New Jersey today. He answered multiple questions that I had on six items that I purchased. He spent over two hours with me step-by-step on learning more About different features and advantages on different appliances. He instructed me on how a certain refrigerator would be a better fit to meet the needs of my family. He was fair, knowledgeable, respectful, patient and listened to what my family needed for our kitchen. We bought a new home I needed to upgrade it. I will be working with Dylan on two additional purchases in the future. He asked me to call him directly if I had any questions about my purchases, delivery, and installation. I recommend Dylan in a heartbeat. He explained warranties, bundling of makes of appliances and the reason why I came in was for the Labor Day specials. Your parents must be very proud of you. We had an amazing experience with Debbie and Jason at P.C. Richard & Son in Brick! My fiancé and I just moved into our new home, and they helped us pick out a washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and TV. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and exciting. Jason and Debbie were also some of the kindest and funniest people we’ve met, and they truly made the entire experience so enjoyable for us. I purchased the LG Washtower here and it was such a seamless easy experience. Deb, Sam and Jay were awesome to work with! They answered all our questions and were a huge help. We originally went to Home Depot and they said their delivery guys would not be able to install the unit with a side venting kit we needed. PC Richard & Son was able to do everything we needed and they matched the price too. Their delivery guys are technicians, so they can do installments that are more complex. So glad I decided to purchase through them. Absolutely would recommend this location for anyone thinking about buying a new appliance.
