Triangle TV & Appliances

I like Triangle because they are knowledgeable about their products and the men are very patient, friendly and helpful! I’m very happy with the make and model of my air conditioner! They asked the size of my home and they helped me select the size and model that I needed for my space. The follow up service I requested 2 yrs later was excellent!

They are a Friedrich authorized dealer and I paid $80 for a report on a broken AC. At this point they stole $80 from me and my $900 AC cause I was told the report is invalid. Triangle said the AC was useless and not repairable (less than 4 years old) and the report would get me money back from Friedrich. Friedrich is saying the report is invalid and Triangle knows better. I responded to Triangle and got no reply. So basically they have stolen hundreds and hundreds of dollars from me. I am reaching out to Friedrich to revoke their status as an authorized dealer and to my bank to dispute the charge. Also the store is a second hand smoke nightmare.

Great guys! My fridge died over the weekend. My landlord called them on Monday. They had my new fridge installed by Wednesday. The delivery guys were awesome. They were super patient when my management company couldn’t find the COI and worked with me to get another copy sent over. They were friendly and took care of everything. Would be happy to work with them again.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to work with Dave and this business. He is so dishonest. Tried to make money on me to replace the air conditioner that I purchased from him 2 years earlier . Friedrich company replaced the unit for nothing. He kept me going for months that he didn't want to show me a bill from Friedrich for the replacement. When i finally got to a supervisor at Friedrich, they told me there was no charge. He wanted $800 from me after I paid him $1750.00 2 years prior for the first unit. Only reason I gave 1 star is I had to to be able to post

There is no comparison to buying appliances from Triangle TV & Appliances to buying appliances at chain stores. Unlike Dave at Triangle, the sales representatives at chain stores are not trained at all in knowing anything about the product they are trying to make a sale on. Instead, they refer to their phones to get the information about the product and then give it to the buyer. On the other hand, Dave is extremely knowledgeable about appliances that he sells. Dave is willing to help his clients until they are satisfied. I purchased a washing machine from him, and I realized after it had been delivered that I preferred a different machine. With no hesitation, Dave ordered the one I preferred, picked up the one that I received, and delivered the new one. Dave will go the extra mile to have his customers happy with what they buy from him. I am very pleased with the washer and air conditioner that I purchased from him. I have had so many problems with appliances that I bought at chain stores. So much so that my one- year-old oven emitted high levels of carbon monoxide. There is no better place than to shop for appliances at Triangle TV and Appliances where you can trust the merchant and feel confident about the products that you buy. It’s a community business that has the personal touch!
