Baron's Major Brands Appliance

We recently purchased a new stove from Baron’s in Plaistow. Shane was our salesman and was super helpful in guiding us to several different models until we found the best one that fit our price and specifications. Due to work we were having done at our condo, Shane was able to coordinate having our old range removed before the work began and the new range delivered once the work was completed. Our new range was delivered today by a gentleman named Chris O’Neil. The weather could not have been any worse.. torrential rains, thunder & lightning but Chris seemed oblivious to it all. He was super cordial, friendly and extremely professional. Not only did he arrive on time, he installed our new range and was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. From purchase to installation this was an extremely pleasant experience. Highly recommend Baron’s.

I already knew the dishwasher I wanted and wanted to support a local business. I met Rob shortly after walking in and he made the process about as seamless as it could be. He explained everything related to the dishwasher and scheduled me an appointment to have it installed. There was a small dent in the dishwasher upon installation, and Rob was in quick contact to refund me a small amount. I would recommend you do business with Baron’s if you’re in the Plaistow area so you get that personal touch you don’t get from the big box stores.

I recently purchased a new washer from Baron's. The construction company I work for along with many of our customers have worked with Baron's for a long time. This was the first time I personally went there for a purchase and the experience was excellent. My salesman was Rob Cohen and his professionalism was far and away better than I've ever received from Best buy, HD, or Lowes etc.. Go with Baron's.

This was my first time ever going to Baron's Major Brands after having driven by it a million times! I haven't had to buy a new appliance for about 15 years and did not trust going to the big home improvement chain stores after having checked them out. Baron's has an absolutely beautiful and well-staffed showroom with a great selection of models from all the popular "major brands" as their business name states. Excellent experience with sales rep Paul Skafas!. Provided great information about a few brands of dishwashers I had been researching and debating on. He provided expert, comparative details about them, ultimately leading me to choose a Maytag model I had been considering that had just the right features and was the perfect choice for my needs and budget. Baron's provides excellent, personalized customer service, without any high pressure sales tactics. I also wish to recognize and commend Shawn the delivery and installer guy. He handled the removal of my old dishwasher and the installation of the new one with ease and care and expertise, definitely demonstrating his many many years of experience! He did not rush through the job and made sure everything was perfect! I am extremely pleased with my experience with Baron's! I recommend them highly and I will most assuredly choose Baron's for any future appliance needs!
