Baron's Major Brands Appliances

Recently moved to a new home and the builder recommended Baron's for appliances. I was able to outfit my kitchen all via text messages (yay! I hate the phone). Shannon was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and helped me get all the right products, along with some discounts and needed information to apply for the rebates. Great experience!

When I walked into Baron's, we met Chris, our salesman. As a retired sales manager of 27 years myself, I can say Chris is the person to buy appliances from! He gave no pressure, was very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and personable. Also, while in the Nashua store, I couldn't help but overhear Charlene, the manager, on the phone. Her sweet disposition, calmness, warmth, and her ability to listen to people who had issues are amazing. Baron's should be so grateful to have Chris and Charlene! Awesome experience! After hours of frustration searching online and visiting big box stores, we couldn’t find what we needed. Then we remembered Baron’s! 5 years ago we had bought a Verona range hood there, and the experience had been amazing. Plus they price match - so we should have started with Baron’s! Caylin made the process of replacing our old refrigerator super easy. She worked with us to find a unit that would best fit our needs and space. It was great knowing she was there to call if anything went wrong, but it didn’t! The fridge showed up in three days as promised, and in perfect shape. The live delivery app made it possible to track the truck on a map, which was super helpful! Friendly, courteous (and strong!) delivery technician Gabriel and his assistant completed the job, with a running, replaced refrigerator being the result. Thank you Baron’s for a job well done and for taking good care of us!!

We purchased a Bosch 800 series French door refrigerator with separate vegetable/fruit drawer from Baron's Nashua and couldn't be more pleased. What a great fridge! Extremely quiet just like their dishwasher we purchased from them last year. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. You can't go wrong and their service plans are tops. Would highly recommend and will be purchasing more appliances from them in the future no doubt.
