Mike was a very patient man 😄 My wife and I were probably in the store for over an hour and a half. Every time it seemed we were close to a decision something would change our mind and we would be right back at the beginning. Mike answered every question, no matter how trivial they seemed, explained the differences between each manufacturer and helped us to find the best solution. We came in for a stove and ended up replacing every appliance we have. That was only because of the comfortability we ended up having with Mike and because we were very pleased with the service. We had been to a few appliance stores throughout this year long expedition 😄. I would recommend Barrons and specifically Mike to anyone. Thank you Mike

Baron's has amazing service and amazing prices. I don't know why anyone would buy appliances at a big box store. They proactively matched prices for our washing machine and found a better price than I had seen online. The salesman answered every question we had and had opinions about the best options. Can't recommend this place enough.

Amazing service, best prices, can't go wrong. There's a reason they have been in business for over 75 years, they serve customers well at great prices. I have purchased appliances on two separate occasions in the last 6 weeks, and I won't even consider shopping anywhere else. Baron's not only has the lowest prices around, they also include free delivery, and the service is amazing. A week after I bought my dishwasher from them, I noticed that the price on their website for it was $40 lower than what I paid. One call, 3 minutes, no questions asked, and they happily refunded me the difference. Also, they don't use high pressure sales tactics or try to push the warranties and accessories too hard, and make it quick to purchase if you know what you want. In addition, the contracted delivery services that Baron's uses have been great both times, very very courteous people and super quick and efficient. Finally, when I wanted a commercial washer delivered to my home, Baron's didn't try to talk me out of it or refuse to deliver a commercial machine to a residence, like some other appliance stores do. They were happy to make it a quick and easy transaction on my terms. No complaints at all with Baron's.

First time customer at Baron's and had great overall experience looking to upgrade our stackable laundry washer & dryer. Visited the Manchester location and worked with Eddie Joe. He was an expert on the products, asked good questions, and listened to our concerns on space. He recommended a product I hadn't considered because he knew it would be a better fit, and had the unique option of changing the door direction. We did our diligence as well but trusted his expertise. He proactively price matched the recommended unit, and arranged delivery within 1 week. Delivery and installation was excellent and the product fits our small laundry room perfectly. Highly recommend shopping local at Baron's!
