I ordered a CCW motor and fan to fix my 22-year old Ventahood. I just wanted to tell you you're doing a great job, and how much I appreciate it! Your video instructions for replacing those parts was perfect. You mentioned all the things I needed to know, most of which I've had to learn the hard way. I've taken the fan off a bunch of times to clean it, and if I'd seen your instructions first, I'd have had an easier time. I ordered the parts last Thursday, and they arrived today, Tuesday. You packed the parts very well, as if you actually cared whether they arrived safely. They did! Installation took an hour, including cleanup, and went very smoothly.

I placed an order for a grill cover with this company. Given the size of the company, this was a small order. When my cover arrived, and I received it quickly, it didn’t fit my grill. This was totally my fault. I ordered the incorrect size. I called Eric and ask if I could exchange it for another. Eric and Alice are incredible! They happily agreed to exchange it and worked with me to find the correct size, then shipped it right away. What a delightful customer service experience in a world that does not always value customer service. I felt as if I was their most important customer.
