Worst experience. Ordered a subzero fridge, they ordered the wrong refrigerator. Then put me through two years of hell to get the correct fridge. Endless emails from Ferguson “oh we’re doing our best” then an automated email letting me know my fridge is not in. I ended up calling wolf subzero myself, and they contacted the distributor and the distributor contacted Ferguson and finally I got my fridge. That’s not the way it’s supposed to work. Sad when your customer has to do the legwork on the $15,000 fridge . NO apology nothing to make good. They just take your money and could give a shit about you. Sadly, there’s nowhere else in Las Vegas to get certain things.

The staff was extremely accommodating. My reason for going 45 minutes from home, is they are the ONLY bathroom showroom. I wanted to try the height for the 19 and 21 inch toilet bowls. It was well worth the trip.
