I've not had a dryer for ONE YEAR. As soon as my tax refund hit, I called Greenville Appliance & Mattress and spoke to Tracy. Let me tell you something-- she went above and beyond to help me. She answered all my questions, and understood *exactly* what I wanted/needed. I bought it Tuesday, today is Thursday and it's already drying my towels. The delivery guys also top tier!! They were personable and funny as all hell. The delivery hours were 2-4...guess when they showed up?! 2:03pm!!!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will ALWAYS recommend this place!!!

Tracy sold us a new refrigerator on March 26, getting one with dimensions and qualities that we required. She said it would be delivered this morning. It was! Buddy and Virgil did a great job of protecting our floors and giving us time to transfer goods from the old to new refrigerator. These delightful guys made the process as painless as possible. Thank you to you and your staff!!

Greenville Appliance (Tracy) was exceptional; they were polite, helpful and professional. I have already told several friends about their exceptional service. I told them before we departed the store, I wish we had gone there first, even though we live in Wilson, approximately 50 miles away. You won't be sorry to visit them.

Company processed my financing account credit card $2,500 before sale was finalized. I was awaiting more info on their delivery date schedule, as this would determine whether I moved forward or not with this sale. Spoke with the "finance guy" (his words) again and basically would not let me talk, I said you just lost a $3,000 sale and he said I don't care. I pretty much already got the sense they don't care. This local business leaves me with a negative mark on them. I have been doing Google Advisor Reviews for years!
