Fred's Appliance

On Thursday 7/23/26 I went into Fred's Appliance in Missoula Montana and was helped by a very nice sale lady named Liz. I had already picked out which freezer I was buying. GE 17.3 cubic feet Upright Garage Ready. Liz was very helpful the transaction was so smooth and quick. Delivery was scheduled for Monday 7/27/26. Got a message the morning of as when it would arrive and was right on time. The 2 young men Scott and Eddie were awesome. Handled everything very carefully. Clean, courteous, friendly. Thank you all very much!!! I have purchased a Ge Cafe Range, Range hood and stacking Whirlpool washer and dryer from Fred's in Missoula. Have never had a problem. Sincerely, Melody M.

Your delivery team, Josh,Tyler and James came on time and really did an excellent job here for us. We had no information what we could have done before they came with the old appliances from Andrea. They jumped right in and got everything done . Our sales lady Andrea Holland was not curteous from the beginning. We came to buy a dishwasher first and then decided to update our stove and refrigerator. She remarked about us then buying a stove and refrigerator and seem upset to further help us and going and standing behind the counter. We paid for the dishwasher and had to measure at home for the stove and refrigerator. She set up an installation company to pick up the dishwasher. They could do it the next day, but he called his truck broken down and I would have to make another appointment. We came and paid for the refrigerator and stove, Andrea completely ignored us. Another gentleman stepped up and helped. Later she called as she was confused what he had done on our paperwork. I said that the installer's truck had broke down. She said he had picked dishwasher up! ...this story goes on...she never returned calls to me or my husband. On the 4th of July we were left not knowing if our stove was ordered and about if the installer had our dishwasher. No he did not! We ended up coming back and paying for Fred's to deliver. This is the 3rd whole house kitchen appliances we have bought from Fred's. We had decided that after these problems it was the last from Fred's. But your delivery men with their care about how they did everything and what I can expect when our stove comes in made us realize that the sales lady was the problem not Fred's. I've never had to write something like this and not enjoying doing this. Now my worry is she won't call when the stove comes in. Anita Jakob

I needed to get a new dishwasher and when I came in, John helped me out and was very knowledgeable and professional. My dishwasher came with a manufacturer’s rebate and when I ran into a few snags redeeming that with the manufacturer, John and Kelly both went above and beyond expectations and helped smooth that out. These guys were great to work with and I’ll definitely be back when the time comes to get more appliances!

Ruben was so helpful at the store. He helped me understand the options so I could make a decision (and this is after I had checked the big box stores plus Costco). The prices were the same. The store was easy to shop in. I bought my washers and dryer on a Friday and it was delivered on Monday. Gabe and his crew were great to take out my old machines. Then they cleaned the floor before installing my new ones! Fred's will be my first stop next time I shop for appliances. Great service.
