Bought a dryer in less than 90 days has issues. They tried to fix it 3 times. Went past the warranty date and now. Won’t replace. Bad experience horrible products. Can’t rust anything they say. My appliance came back in way worst shape then they took it from my home. And they would not even bring it back out to my house

I am giving this place a 2 as the initial service was great. Purchased a stackable washer and dryer and half of what the big box was selling. This is scratch and dent place as I understand. It was delivered and installed but the company they contract. Using the unit for a few days, there was a loud knocking noise. Called appliance for less as there is a store warranty. (manufacture doesn't exist) the store sent someone out who squirted oil inside the washer and said "that should do it". It did not. We had to call a technician. It was 100 to determine that the scratch and dent unit has a bad motor. This is not covered by the store. New part for us to install is ~280. For a technician to do it. ~800.. Not worth the drive for me to come and purchase anything again.

Great experience. I called before arriving. Raul very pleasant on the phone. He was helpful and patience, as I didn’t have any knowledge of what I was looking for. I also wanted same day delivery and they made that happen for me. Appliances were all nice and clean looks brand new. So it’s really hard choosing because theirs so many great options. 1 year warranty included. Happy I came here. Don’t hesitate to come shop.
