Salesman was friendly and helpful in reviewing the options for washer and dryer. Great service with delivery of new washer and dryer, also removal of old set. The delivery people were very helpful, set everything up, did a test run, and went over the features of the appliances. We were given a delivery window and frequent updates on when to expect delivery. Overall great experience!

Super friendly, helpful, and pressure-free. Nice selection of appliances and brands at way better prices than we expected. We're so excited for the new oven to arrive!

Sorenson's is amazing! Very professional, courteous and respectful people. The service technicians were very knowledgeable and informative. I had 5 appliances installed at once. I ordered frig sight unseen and Travis was great, he knew exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for always being the best!!

I was very pleased with the whole process. From sales to installation was a pleasant experience. Not only the great brands and service but the wonderful people behind it. Shout out to Sarah Gaul, she is the best!

Sorenson’s Appliances and TV has been outstanding to work with. From the first call to the install. Tyler had to deal with my wife and I changing our minds multiple times. He always said, “no problem we will make it happen.” Every text and call has been answered the day of, even during non business hours. Tyler recommended a custom cabinet company as well that we went with. If you need appliances or know someone looking for appliances, definitely send them to Tyler with Sorenson’s Appliances and TV.
