NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. VERY RUDE OWNER. I bought a dryer from this store. The dryer was delivered to my home but was not installed, tested, or set up by the seller. It was simply dropped off and placed on my deck. Immediately after delivery, I personally hooked up the dryer using an existing dryer outlet in my home. This exact outlet had previously been used by a combined washer/dryer unit without any issues, confirming it was working prior to this purchase. When I attempted to operate the dryer, it did not power on at all or function in any way. I immediately checked my breaker panel to rule out a household electrical issue. All other appliances and electrical systems in my home were functioning normally, and there were no outages or interruptions. I contacted the seller immediately after discovering the problem, the same day the unit was delivered. I reported that the dryer did not work at all upon first use. I was told that all sales are final and that no returns or refunds would be provided, regardless of the situation. I was also told that a service visit to determine whether the issue was the appliance or my home’s electrical system would cost $75, even though the business is located very close to my home. I was further told that if I did not pay this $75 service charge, any warranty coverage on the unit could be voided. This situation left me with a non-functioning appliance immediately upon delivery, no practical support, and no resolution options unless I paid additional fees. Based on these facts, I believe I was sold a non-functioning or defective appliance, as it did not operate at all upon first use in my home despite being represented as working at the time of sale.

What a WONDERFUL store! JLOW (the original JLo, according to her) provides an immense amount of knowledge and guidance based off of our needs for a different washing machine. The customer service was truly spectacular! The rest of the crew was just as friendly and helpful! HIGHLY recommend you going in and seeing what they have to offer if you need a good, affordable replacement for your appliance needs!

We had a confusing situation on our hands with delivery to different locations with the purchase of our first home, change of plans, and they heard and successfully made it all happen. We landed the most beautiful Jenn-Air fridge and reasonably priced dryer. The process was effortless for us from buying, all the way to delivery. This family is well educated about these machines, and cares deeply about the community it serves. It brings such a sense of pride and joy to see and experience local small businesses who know what they are doing, and are exceptional about it.
