JJ's Appliance Spot

The customer service and delivery was great. I had explained to the salesman this is my second time getting a washer and dryer set and just needed something reliable so that I don't have to keep going to the laundry mat anymore with my little ones. At first, appliances worked just fine. Then about a week later the dryer was not getting hot. Appliances comes with a 90 day warranty so I just gave them a call. Got that issue fixed by their repair man but then the dryer made a loud scrapping noise while drying that I thought would go away because something got replaced. It never went away and called to get it fixed and was told the drum was cracked (im pretty sure the repair man knew he cracked it when he fixed the first issue) and they repaired it and payed for the part. Now im having issues to we're the dryer works when it wants to and will have to call to get it fixed again! So basically ive been back at the laundry mat with my little ones just to dry my clothes. Unfortunately, I cannot get a new dryer because the person on the phone said they don't do that, when i asked for a replacement,that they can just have the repair man fix any issues that arise within the 90 day warranty. My 90 day is almost up and I have already had a repair man come out 3 times for this hotpoint dryer. I haven't had any issues with my hotpoint wash machine but the headache with the dryer makes me really not want to shop here again even.

Awesome prices for quality items. I would give 5 stars if my washer wasn't damaged some time between me purchasing it and it being delivered. When I called to complain about my washer being damaged they asked if I could prove it wasn't damaged when I bought it. Overall it's a pretty good place to get lightly used, dinged/dented, and sometimes new appliances. Would recommend with the advice of taking pictures of what you buy from all angles when you pick it out.

I bought LG washer and dryers from them and after delivery. It was snowing and winter out and a pipe crack. I had a small leak and reached out to them and they came out and fixed it right away. Very pleased with my used washer and dryer LG set that I bought from you guys. Thanks so much, and thank you so much for coming out and fixing that cracked line. Everything's working so far perfect. I recommend them to anyone Looking to buy a used appliance, they'll take care of you.
