Cowboy Maloney's

I called prior to going to store. Delores was very helpful and gave me pricing for a clothes dryer. I went in within an hour and purchased. She met me at the door and took to directly to product. I then purchased and was in and out in under 10 minutes. They loaded my dryer quickly. And all were super nice. I got what I think was a great price after checking the big box stores.

We were in a bind yesterday. Refrigerator went out at 3 pm on Saturday. The day before Easter. Easter is always at our house with about 45 Family members. My daughter called Deloris at Cowboy Maloneys and she found the refrigerator my Wife wanted. They had it in stock. My daughter told Deloris I was on my way to get it. They loaded it for me at 3:59 and we plugged it up about 5:15. Every other place was gonna have to order it. Deloris had it in stock and had it pulled out of warehouse and by the front door when I got there. Thanks.

I was unhappy with the refrigerator that I had. It was in the house when we bought it. And so I sold it and started looking for a new one and I went to Lowe’s and Home Depot in Hattiesburg. I was so dissatisfied with both places because I couldn’t get any help. I couldn’t get anyone to answer my questions and when I figured out what I wanted and tried to purchase it they told me I needed to wait until the salesman was on duty, which would be a couple of hours later. So aggravated and discouraged I went home. I called Electric city and spoke with JJ and he invited me to come look at what they have. I did and he was such a nice person and I found what I wanted. No high pressure just assistance. I was very very satisfied.
