Ms. Pauline was very informative about a question that I had concerning my account. She was friendly, courteous, and treated my call with a sense of urgency, as opposed to putting me on hold for a long time, and making promises to call me back, like I've experienced with other reps there.. I will always ask for her in the future if I need assistance. Thanx Ms Pauline
