Karl's TV, Appliance & Service - St. Cloud

Good appliances. However the delivery guys. Will tell you they will be back to pick up the old appliance. And then never return. And when you call to see why they forgot about it. They lie and give a false reason. Even though we paid the removal fee. So if you do have them deliver and you pay the removal fee. Make sure they take it. When they deliver the new appliance. Delivery guys are nice. But obviously lazy.

Toni was great to work with! I was looking for a new dishwasher and was getting very little help at some of the box stores I tried. Toni asked me questions to understand what I wanted. And even some I wouldn’t have considered like brands of other appliances for color matching. She explained deals that were going on and got me all setup. I will absolutely be back the next time I need an appliance. The expertise and service was very refreshing!

I have had two wonderful experiences with Karl’s First, when we remodeled our kitchen, they worked to make sure that we had just what we wanted at the best price, organizing all available discounts. Then recently, when we needed a repair/replacement of our range hood, they stepped up to find someone who could do this work for us. They also helped us find the appropriate replacement, even though it meant sending us to a competitor!
