We purchased an Electrolux washer and dryer after our dryer failed and our washer wasn’t functioning very well. The purchase and delivery process was very easy and we were able to get both appliances installed quickly. Long story short, we had an electrical problem in an outlet that created problems with the new dryer. Before we figured out the problem, Johnson Mertz went out of their way trying to correct the problem by delivering a new dryer! You don’t get that kind of customer service very often! I know where I will buy my future appliances.

I prioritize shopping local and keeping money in our community, and Johnson Mertz is exactly why. I was looking for a specific, niche kitchen suite that most big-box stores couldn't help with. Trevor was incredible from start to finish—his advice was specific, and his installation insights were invaluable. Even when my new construction timeline shifted (as they always do), Trevor was patient and communicative. It made a stressful process feel incredibly easy. I’ll be back for any future needs without hesitation!
