The bemidji store the manager is very friendly and very easy to work with. I ordered a bedroom set and had it in a few days. And when I chatted with them they were very understanding and friendly on the phone. I'd give that store 10 stars. Kudos to Bemidji Store.

The manager Jennifer is super nice until AFTER she has made the sale. After that, she's rude and has a pay us or else "thug" mentality. Very rude and dismissive, foul mouthed to the extreme. Can't wait for my significant other to pay off the over priced garbage furniture so we never have to deal with her again. AVOID!!!!

Love this location. because the team here is great! the manager Kat is awesome and will bend over backwards to make your purchase right! her team is helpful and they get the job done! i go out of my way to come to this location because they have always treated us great! plus pay on time and your credit will be improved!

I had a good experience when I went to Homechoice a few years ago but my experience with this location was a huge disappointment. They delivered same day and the deliveryman assembled the furniture in no time but its been a real hassle making payments. They changed policies without any type of warning and apparently a few of their Managers have been committing fraud with customers' information. I found out by happenstance and they seemed to have no regard for my concerns. My advice would be to stay away from this company.
