My daughter and I went in without an appointment- they were helpful, but not overly helpful. My 2- year- old had a complete meltdown after being there for a while where I sat down on the floor until she had regained her composure. The staff checked on me to make sure we were ok. Kortni, the manager offered my daughter a dairy- free granola bar and completely understood the meltdown as she shared that she had young twins. She was the most helpful by taking us to a conference room so my daughter was enclosed and not trying to run everywhere while I looked at hardware/ decided on things.
