I have purchased many parts from here over the years and they have always been very helpful and always manage to find the part that I need. The most recent purchase was a furnace blower motor. I wasn't sure if the motor or the capacitor was bad so they had me bringing both to test it. When they discovered it was the blower motor Smitty pulled out a new one from the back and was very kind to show me how to rewire it, which is the part I was most nervous about. Everything worked just like he said and we can't thank them enough for all their help.

Drove to this part store in Pontiac I gave the gentleman the model number to my oven and asked him for two. sockets for the light bulbs inside the oven. He did. told me that they don't stalk it. He would have to order it. He proceeded to look up the part and turn. around and tell me they were $50 each. Highway robbery. I say then I asked him for a part number and he declined to give me a part number. He said his boss does not allow him to give up part numbers. So I went on my way and don't recommend this store to anybody. They're not willing to work with you or help you. There are certainly willing to overcharge you for a product that only cost $25. I ended up going to another part store and they helped me out. They also. gave me the part number with no issue. I don't recommend this store.
