On November 22, 2024, I purchased a fridge and stove from Kelly Appliances, paying $583 for what was promised to be same-day delivery and installation. I paid in full, trusting this business to honor their word. That was my first mistake.
Three days passed—no delivery, no call, no explanation. I contacted the store, demanding a refund, but they refused, telling me to go through my bank instead. Let me be clear: this company took my money, didn’t deliver a single thing, and then told me it was no longer their problem.
I filed a dispute with my bank, hoping for a quick resolution. Instead, I’ve been left in limbo because Kelly Appliances refuses to cooperate with the investigation. It’s been three months, and I still don’t have my appliances OR my money. My bank tells me I might not get an answer until March 31, 2025. That’s over four months of stress, wasted time, and no resolution.
During these three months, I’ve called Kelly Appliances repeatedly, hoping they’d finally take accountability. Instead, they’ve given me nothing but excuses, lies, and the same runaround they’ve likely given countless other people. At this point, it’s clear: Kelly Appliances is a scam. They’re preying on customers, taking money, and refusing to deliver the products or services they promise.
This company doesn’t just lack integrity—they’re thieves. I feel completely robbed of $583, and worse, I feel powerless to stop them from doing this to someone else. Don’t let it be you. If you’re considering shopping here, stop and think: do you want to risk losing your money and spending months fighting to get it back?
Look at the reviews. I’m not the first person this has happened to. This isn’t a one-time mistake—it’s a pattern of deception and theft. Response: Obviously it was a typo. Also I called your store hundreds of times to get this resolved and kept getting the runaround. They even gave me fake numbers to the owner which goes straight to voicemail every time I called. If you wanna resolve this send me my money back! I posted the invoice and you already have my information on file!!
