We purchased a full set of KitchenAid appliances from this store and also paid for installation. Unfortunately, our experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing.
When we bought the appliances, Spencer specifically told us not to remove the protective plastic wrap from the refrigerator ourselves because it extends into the door seams and is very difficult to remove without leaving pieces stuck inside. He assured us that the installers would take care of it.
They didn't.
We called and were told someone would come back to finish the job. No one ever showed up.
Three months later, after multiple phone calls trying to reach Spencer, I was repeatedly told he was either unavailable or busy and that he would call me back. He never did.
I called again recently, and they scheduled another service appointment for today. Once again, no one showed up, and no one even had the courtesy to call.
To make matters worse, our drawer microwave was left uninstalled, and we had to install it ourselves. The back piece on the wall oven also had to be removed before it could be used, and we ended up doing that ourselves as well. At this point, I'm honestly not sure what installation we paid for.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. Once they have your money, they seem to have no interest in standing behind their work or following through on their promises.
If you're considering buying appliances here, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The products may be great, but the after-sales service is terrible, and you shouldn't have to chase a company for months just to have them complete work they already agreed to do.
