Tepperman's Furniture Store - Windsor

The gentleman, Tyler who helped us select an appliance was knowledgeable and very personable and this resulted in us feeling more confident in our purchase! He pulled up the consumer report, was willing to explore my feelings about the issues I had with my previous appliance (not purchased from here) and even shared family experience with features and this was amazing to have the care and no rush, no pressure feelings. He even had a sense of humour! I wanted to purchase a fridge, but I was willing to shop around/wait until I was sure, clearly he made my husband and I comfortable with the entire encounter! Can't wait for my new fridge!

Ordered a couch online and opted to pick it up ourselves. Received a call saying it was ready for pick up. When we arrived to the pick up window the couch was not there. After waiting more than 30 minutes as they were figuring out where the couch was they said it would be there in a week. We asked if it could be delivered and after push back, the option was accepted. A week later the couch gets delivered and the ottoman/chaise wasn’t even the same colour as the couch. Now we wait again for another mistake on their end. At least the delivery guys were quick and efficient as well as very kind. I’ve bought furniture from Teppermans before and it was never this difficult.

Very disappointing experience with Pepperman. They gave us the old display bed instead of a proper new piece, and within just a few days the wooden panel started breaking. On top of that, the paint started chipping off almost immediately, which clearly shows poor quality. No manual or proper instructions were provided either, making assembly and maintenance even more frustrating. For the amount charged, this level of quality and service is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

I had a great experience in the outlet today! Nolan was the staff member who helped me and he was really nice and informative. He made it very easy for me to order a bed and have it shipped from the London location. He also didn’t try to talk me into having it delivered and helped me figure out if I needed that service or not. The queen bed frame was only $200! I still can’t believe it. I’m very happy that they have all different price ranges. The website is really organized and easy to navigate. Once I found what I wanted, I went to the store to see the floor model and that was that! I have a couch from Tepperman’s that I got in 2020 and it’s still in amazing shape. So many people tell me that it’s so cozy and nap worthy! This store, selection, and service is all 5 star level! Thank you to everyone who makes it a wonderful place with the best service!
