Tepperman's Furniture Store - Windsor

The shopping experience was great.. we went into the bargain annex and Douglas was fantastic. He simply pointed us in the direction and was not overbearing at all- when we made our decision he was super helpful and fast checking us out. They only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because when we went to the pick up area we ended up waiting over an hour for our dishwasher to come out.. 3 other cars (who came after us) all got their deliveries so I decided to walk back up to the window- where they told me they never "printed the order" so they didn't know what we were waiting for (and no one bothered to ask us) - she then overhead paged "brian for a missed order" and we continued to wait almost 30 additional minutes.. so inside service excellent- pick up service was horrible! (Not by any fault of the poor guy who finally brought it out and apologized) Well.... I must say.. after my review tepermans reached out to is "reviewed the footage" to confirm we were really there that long and agreed it was not ok! I can't recall the gentleman's name who reached out but the fact that they recognized that there was an issue and offered an apology really speaks volumes!!! Thank you for caring about your customer. We will be back!

In all my years, this is the first time I’ve ever had a bed collapse under me. The frame broke just 15 days after purchase. It was 'repaired' once, but 10 days later, it completely gave out again. The quality is appalling. When I showed them the damage, they had the audacity to claim it had been 'too long' since purchase and told me to email their department for a review. I sent a detailed explanation, and it’s been a week with zero response. I loathe both the product quality and the service here. Save your money and stay away

Very disappointing experience with Pepperman. They gave us the old display bed instead of a proper new piece, and within just a few days the wooden panel started breaking. On top of that, the paint started chipping off almost immediately, which clearly shows poor quality. No manual or proper instructions were provided either, making assembly and maintenance even more frustrating. For the amount charged, this level of quality and service is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

I had a great experience in the outlet today! Nolan was the staff member who helped me and he was really nice and informative. He made it very easy for me to order a bed and have it shipped from the London location. He also didn’t try to talk me into having it delivered and helped me figure out if I needed that service or not. The queen bed frame was only $200! I still can’t believe it. I’m very happy that they have all different price ranges. The website is really organized and easy to navigate. Once I found what I wanted, I went to the store to see the floor model and that was that! I have a couch from Tepperman’s that I got in 2020 and it’s still in amazing shape. So many people tell me that it’s so cozy and nap worthy! This store, selection, and service is all 5 star level! Thank you to everyone who makes it a wonderful place with the best service!
