I wanted so badly to be able to write a good review and support this small black owned business but unfortunately that was not my experience. The only reason for the two stars instead of the one is because of the husband Shaun and the delivery team. I went in at the end of August looking for all appliances (washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator) I was greeted by the owner Eulanda and that encounter was pleasant and professional. I ended up purchasing 3 out of the 4 appliances that I needed along with a warranty and delivery fee totaling $1570. Per my memory I was getting two new appliances (stove and dryer), one refurbished (washer) , bought one warranty $99 (new as given one for free [so I thought]) and delivery of another 99. So for appliances themselves I was at roughly $1370. Fast forward a few days later I contacted Eulanda explaining my partner did not measure properly and instead of traditional washer and dryer I needed stackable (front loaders). She said not a problem and sent me pictures of them over the course of a few days. I liked them and asked how much was the set and what credit would I be receiving for original washer and dryer(I didn’t know how much each item was because prices was not written on receipt). New set price was $1000 and credit of $600. I agreed and sent over another 400 dollars. Everything was fine at that point. Now comes the day I finally get my delivery and the delivery team did great, I have no complaints there. I started to look over my appliances and notice my stove was in fact not new. I immediately called Eulanda and when she didn’t answer I sent a text. She called back and I addressed my concern. She said my stove was not new and charged me $399 for it. We ended the call and I started calculating. Now here’s where the problem started if original washer and dryer was $600 and stove was only $400 I’m missing about $300 once I minus the delivery fee and warranty. I send this breakdown via text and was sent back a different breakdown then my memory and Eulanda’s previous text. My washer $300, dryer $450, $400, warranty 125(second warranty was given for 99) and delivery and was also told credit card machine fee was accidentally left on which was 2.5%. So even with new breakdown money was still missing of almost 200 dollars because remember I sent additional 400 for new washer and dryer to add to 600 credit I was told I had from original washer and dryer. At that point I was told my credit did not matter because the washer and dryer I got retail for x amount of dollars and she really cut me a deal and down played the amount of money I had spent (which was over 2000 total btw). A few unpleasant exchanges via text happened because she stop replying and then I received a called from her husband Shaun. Shaun apologized and was professional. I did receive some money back in his attempt to make it right so that was appreciated but Eulanda really left a bad taste in my mouth. If you go and decide to give this business a chance learn from my mistake and make sure the receipt is an itemized one and everything is in writing
