Purchased a gas range recently and the transaction went quick and smooth. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable and the delivery persons were super helpful and were in and out in 20 minutes. They were able to install and hook up my new range and haul my old stove. So worth it! I’d recommend to anyone to pay them a visit. Thank you!

Great experience at the Clinton Township location! I was looking for an over-the-range microwave and found exactly what I needed at the lowest price around. The salesman was knowledgeable and helped me choose between two models. It was in stock as shown online, and I was in and out quickly. Great service and highly recommend!

Don’t even know where to start. Purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from salesman Keith Pfeiffer back in early June. Keith explained that it will take 4-6 weeks to get which I was fine with. 6 weeks later Keith texts me and tells me I won’t get it for 2 more weeks. Fast forward to today the day of delivery 8-1-26. Delivery driver shows up with a new fridge with a big dent in the side of it along with scratches and asked if I still wanted it. Fortunately the dent and scratches is on the side of the fridge that faces a wall 2 inches away. So I accepted it. Delivery man refused to hook up the waterline for the ice maker claiming there was a problem with the line. I paid an extra $55 for this service. Delivery man and I call and speak with Keith regarding the issues with the fridge and waterline. Keith offered a 10% discount so I said you have to do better than that since I have had to wait 2 months for a fridge to show up damaged. Keith’s exact words were “that’s not my problem that’s the manufacturer’s fault”. I don’t care who’s fault it is my fridge is damaged and the customer service is complete crap. I ended up with a slightly better discount and refund for the waterline but I still wouldn’t recommend anyone shopping with this company. Then to top it off in order to get refunded I had to go back to the store and do it in person. They could have easily done it over the phone with the card I used to make the purchase. Stick with Lowe’s , Home Depot , Amazon , or Best Buy.

We had an AMAZING experience with Sargent Appliance and especially with Keith who provided excellent customer service for weeks while while I worked with him to replace my parents’ appliances. I live out of state and Keith was great with communicating the options for their kitchen and kept me informed as to when different people would be at my parents’ home to measure and install. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such solid customer service! Thank you again, Keith!

Excellent customer service, very helpful staff, kind , friendly and respectful. I plan on being a lifetime customer! I don't think I could have been happier with their service. I'm so thankful for their expertise, guidance and assurance. Love this place! Thank you for assisting me with my purchase of new washer and dryer set. I couldn't be more grateful, installation was performed with perfection and professionalism. No longer will I be purchasing from big box stores that leave you hanging after you buy an appliance. Been there and it never works out no matter what type of warranty on it!
