We bought new washer/dryer from Laninga about 6 years ago and this weekend the dryer quit heating. I went in to set up a service appointment and a tech who happened to be at the desk suggested a few tests I could do myelf first, along with how to easily access the parts. I spend about 45 minutes testing and resetting a few sensors and thermostats and the dryer works again. They saved me a lot of time and money! I highly recommend Laninga!

We just had one of our best experiences shopping for a dryer. My wife and I both get stressed shopping, but after a positive review from a friend at church, we decided to begin our research. Instead of researching, we walked out of there with a dryer that will be installed a lot earlier than we expected. The owners were kind, knowledgeable, but didn't pressure or try to upsell. They were personable as well. We had some friends in common and I could've stayed longer just talking about life. Consider us a loyal customer as we plan to come back.
