I recently purchased a new washer and dryer from Specialties. The salesman Ari was extremely knowledgeable in helping me pick the right appliances that would fit the area I had. He was wonderful to work with! The delivery men Anthony and Mike were timely, professional and very personable. I have purchased all my appliances from Specialties and will continue to do so in the future.

I once again had a very positive experience working with Tim Priest at Specialties Showroom. I purchased a new refrigerator from them and I was very pleased with the knowledgeable and friendly service and the really expert delivery and installation teams removing my old built-in unit and installing the new one. The delivery team, Tony and Mike, were magicians in handling a very tricky job in my home, and Cody and Matt of Diamond Appliance Installations were amazing. I’m happy to recommend these folks for a very satisfactory appliance purchasing experience.

Tyler actually picked up my stove and installed it for me, and then Anthony and Mike the next day for my refrigerator. Both did an excellent job of taking care of my home and appliances. I would definitely purchase again from them.

Ordered Bosch fridge, dishwasher and above-stove microwave with fan. Worked with Ari. Great service. Explained differences in models satisfactorily. No pressure. He coordinated with me and my builder. Though I deposited early Specialties stored the appliances until needed. Delivery by Anthony and Mike was no issues. They also brought in a stove from garage (being stored while remodeling kitchen). Yes, I'd use Specialties again.
