Ted's Appliance

Was told by our park managers that Ted’s would be out to fix an oven and burner issue, weeks go by and they finally come on July 7th, they took the oven apart and fixed the actual oven to where it would heat up but then put the door back on and it wouldn’t close, was told he’d be back to fix that & the burner still wasn’t lighting, we waited, still haven’t heard or had anyone come back out so we contact the landlord office AGAIN. The office told us Ted’s charged them and said it was all done, and when they contacted them about it not being fixed and the door now not shutting, they were told basically that the door was previously broken by what looked like purposeful force and that they fixed all the issues. Horrible service & liars. Do not recommended at all! *** why does the stove still not work then if everything was completed successfully? *** why does the oven not shut all the way when before he came it did, and since he worked on it, it hasn’t. ** inserted pictures of how far it will close and how these metal parts now keep falling off.

Cancelled or rescheduled multiple times on the same day, which is extremely inconvenient when you have to take time off work. The last two appointments came with a 30-minute arrival window, which was manageable, but this time they called saying they were already at my house without notice. I had to leave work immediately, and by the time I got there, they were gone. I tried calling back, but the calls wouldn’t go through. Overall, very frustrating experience with poor communication and unreliable scheduling.
