I needed a new dishwasher. The old one was 13 years old and was never installed correctly which led to all sorts of problems. I love Percy’s. It’s a family run business and as a small business owner, I’d rather shop here than at a big box store. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the women at the front desk with a friendly smile and “hello.” Met with Adrian about a new dishwasher and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I told him my concerns of the poor installation of my old dishwasher. He assured me the install team was top notch and they were. I highly recommend this company. They are exceptional.

Great experience with Percy's. Was greeted by Nick S. He showed me my options of refrigerators available, I was out the door within 30 minutes with a new refrigerator. Very happy with the service and the prices. Delivery was 3 days later, a truck pulled up and I was met by Fabricio and his crew. They removed the doors from my old refrigerator as well as the new refrigerator and the back door of my house. Removed the old brought in the new, assembled the doors and the shelving and gave me all information needed in regards to the new refrigerator. Then wiped out and around the entire refrigerator. Very knowledgeable and well spoken man. Nice guy all around as were the two with him. Didn't time the event however it was done much quicker and more efficiently than I could have expected. Worth every penny for the peace of mind, accountability, and a great fridge! When my fridge died, I needed a replacement fast. I easily could have gone to Home Depot or Lowe's for a cheaper price and free installation, but having dealt with all three stores before, Percy's was the obvious choice. If you want a delivery that actually goes as planned and arrives on time, you get what you pay for. Choosing Percy's and paying for the installation was worth every single penny. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. I received a phone call confirming my order and was kept updated via text and email the whole time. They even provided a live delivery tracker, so I knew exactly when the truck would arrive. As for the new fridge, I went with a GE Profile and absolutely love it. I previously owned a Samsung Family Hub and thought nothing could ever replace it (aside from the crappy ice maker). While the GE Profile is about the same size as my old unit, the layout makes it feel so much bigger inside—and it makes a ton of ice. I had a great experience purchasing a Bosch dishwasher from Percy’s Appliances. The sales process was quick, easy, and very friendly, no pressure, just helpful guidance. The installation service arranged through Percy’s was just as smooth. The team was professional and everything was handled seamlessly from start to finish. I absolutely love the new Bosch dishwasher, it runs incredibly quiet and does a fantastic job cleaning. Highly recommend Percy’s for both the purchase and installation!

We had such an amazing experience at Percy’s in Worcester, specifically working with Scott. Scott was the real deal! He was phenomenal from start to finish!! Extremely knowledgeable and clearly very educated on appliances, refrigerators, features, configurations, and all the technical components that actually matter when making a decision. He took the time to really listen to what we needed, troubleshoot what would work best for our space and lifestyle, and patiently walk us through different options without ever being pushy or salesy. He was very honest, helpful, and genuinely wanted us to find the right fit. He helped us save money while still getting high-end appliances that checked every box for us. Percy’s inventory selection is HUGE, and their outlet section was amazing. We were able to get a top-of-the-line refrigerator at an incredible price, along with a beautiful higher-end dishwasher from the outlet section that was practically brand new! The deals and promos they have going on are worth checking out. Overall 10/10 experience. Outstanding customer service, huge selection, great pricing, and a staff that actually cares. Highly recommend asking for Scott if you visit Percy’s in Worcester!
