Called yesterday to see if I could get my refrigerator looked at. He asked what the problem was and then asked what brand I had. When I told him I had an LG he immediately said he “Doesn’t work on LG’s” and told me good luck finding someone who would. I ended up fixing the problem myself with Chat GPT and a $10 trip to Home Depot.

Super responsive knowledgeable and honest. I called 745am about broken dryer and sent video. Paul responded immediately with candid assessment of issue and rough estimated cost to repair. Given that it’s 30 years old I am buying a new dryer but his cost was reasonable, and I appreciated him saving me the cost of the house call. Will use him for all our repairs going forward!

Outstanding....I called Paul and he quickly returned my call. He was at my home the next morning. Dryer needed a belt and washer needed a coupling. He had to pull both appliances apart in a tight space...he had both working in less than an hour. Price was excellent. Honestly he could've charged more and I wouldn't have questioned it. So I can say he is honest about the price and his service was outstanding. I highly recommend him.
