when you’re appliances die it’s annoying, but when your fridge dies, it’s a crisis. Appliance came through, providing exceptional personalized service and Help me get a new fridge up and running very quickly. I know something goes wrong that got my back.

Great experience, from initial stop at store through to delivery. Salesperson was very knowledgeable, friendly, informative, and offered excellent advice based on our wants and needs, not on price (NO upselling). Scheduling delivery was easy, and delivery was soon after purchase. Delivery people were very nice and efficient and offered more great advice about use and maintenance of appliances. We’ve bought a stove, fridge, grill, and vacuum cleaner from Crane; all these products have been high quality, and the sales and delivery experiences have been superb.

Delivery crew were very efficient. They came prepared with tools, tape measures and lifting straps. They worked quickly and got the old refrigerator out and the new one installed in a remarkably short time. They were kind and helpful and got the installation done without a problem. Thanks!

5+. The delivery team was fantastic. On time, communicated well, made a needed adjustment in the space to fit the new washer and dryer, made sure everything worked and I was okay with it all. and were really nice guys. Couldn't ask for more.
