Lz Schwartz Appliance

I have been getting appliances with them for a long time now and my family. The staff in the store have always been friendly, knowledgeable, willing to help with whatever you need. I had a deliver on Friday July 17, 2026. I have waited to do this review as I thought I might be going overboard but I do not think so. From the minute Carlos and the other guy pulled up Carlos seemed like he did not want to deliver ny fridge. It was "this ia not a normal delivery" and I can not be here for 20 or 30 minutes. I live on a second floor, the house is old. Going into my kitchen there is a wall on inside and cabinets on the other. He got upset saying he would have to take the doors off the fridge and he knew the fridge would not fit. After about 15 minutes of being outside he came up to complain some more. I went outside and told him I did not appreciate his back and forth with me. He advised me again this is not a normal delivery. Unbeknownst to me he had called the office complaining and they called my mom and .made her take measurements which where allready taking. She is 80 and does not walk well. After all of this the two guys get the refrigerator up into my apartment. He has to tilt it to put in under rhe cabinets. Carlos says "see I told you it would not fit" with one more push it went in. I did thank him because I do know this is not the easiest delivery. I am left now though knowing he was so rude and unprofessional. The office did not do anything but call and talk nasty to my 80 year old Mom had no idea what was going on. All I know is if Carlos stopped his complaining and just did his job this delivery would have been done much quicker. I am extra disappointed and do not know now if I will ever get another appliance from them or my family. One more thing if you want perfect deliveries every time then maybe you should not deliver to apartments and make sure the person has an open concept style living quarters.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars I recently purchased a dishwasher and an over-the-range microwave from Schwartz Appliance in Somerset, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. My installation turned out to be much more complicated than expected. The first delivery crew was unable to complete the job because the new appliances didn’t fit the existing openings. Fortunately, Schwartz sent David Sousa, and his skill and professionalism made all the difference. David went above and beyond, carefully reconstructing and modifying the spaces so both the dishwasher and microwave fit perfectly. His attention to detail, craftsmanship, and determination to get the job done right were outstanding. He treated my home with respect and never took shortcuts. If you’re purchasing appliances from Schwartz Appliance and have the opportunity, I highly recommend requesting David Sousa as your installer. His expertise turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a perfect installation. Had a great experience at Iz Schwartz Appliance picking up a new LG microwave and range. Stephen was incredibly helpful — he made the whole process quick and easy without any pressure. I am very happy with IZ Schwartz. Olivia was very informative and pleasant to work with. Delivery men were great as I had concerns about second floor delivery but they had no problems. They took away old appliance which was very helpful. Edward also was very good and thorough with uninstall of old stove and install of new stove. Best part I had new stove in time for Thanksgiving.
