Have Electrolux refrigerator that began freezing food. Contacted them to find local dealer who services Electrolux's. They provided APS Electronics, ordered compressor, day of install technician canceled because he had migraine and needed to reschedule. Finally had install and a week later temperature in refrigerator rose to 70 degrees. APS technician ordered parts to fix without coming back. Items arrived which was the original compressor he installed. APS reordered parts, a month later APS told me I would have to contact Electrolux who told me they never received order, tried APS again, they referred me back to Electrolux. After numerous and frustrating calls I was told 3 parts were needed which one was discontinued with no comparable parts. They said I could get a partial discount. I contacted Doyons to see if they could help. I spoke with Beth in service who couldn't have been nicer. She confirmed that one of the parts was discontinued, I asked if someone could come, she stated they were scheduling into July. She heard my frustration that I had been without frig for 3 months. She set appt 2wks late and gave me the number of their distributor in Albany. They couldn't have been nicer either, he confirmed discontinued part but suggested maybe ebay. I found part on ebay and other 2 on Amazon for $600 total plus $500 original APS service. Josh from Doyons show as scheduled and on time, I explained my 3month ordeal and showed him the 3 parts I bought myself with no help from APS or Electrolux. He immediately said that those parts had nothing to do with the problem. He recharged compressor and spent an hour working on it. He told me that he would order a condenser and reschedule to check to see if frig stayed cold. He said he'd have to spend more time to examine and if condenser wasn't needed there would be no charge. He explained that there were heat tubes that can't be repaired if frig didn't hold the temp. Week and half later Josh returned, compressor wasn't needed. If only I had contacted Doyons originally, they were nothing but superstars and I can't say enough about them. Anyone who needs appliance service DOYONS is the one.

Excellent service. Professional. Knowledgeable technicians. Gave a full analysis of the problem, repair options and suggestions. A+ I was impressed by the notifications I received as to when the repairmen would arrive, when they were on their way and when they were at my door! This is the repaired service we all need! Thanks!

I had Doyon's come out this morning to repair a gas range. I got an appointment quickly, received a text the night before, and another text this morning with the driver's location and estimated time of arrival. Jeremiah arrived at the exact time he estimated. He came with protection for my flooring, was extremely professional and knowledgeable and resolved the issue. Excellent experience. Thank you Doyon's
