Ken the owner was great and really helped us find the right appliances, in a very straightforward way. I really felt like he was trying to help us out, rather than just selling something. Noah was great as we dealt with all the logistics of delivery and installation. This is a newer place and much more customer service oriented than any big box places.

Synergy delivered a new dryer today 6/23/2026. All batteries included, didnt have to do anything. They even cleaned around before installing. Andy and Francisco were great!

I could not recommend Synergy more strongly to anyone looking for appliances. We worked with sales professional Tim Hewson. He was professional and responsive and helped us find appliances that fit our specifications and budget. The process was streamlined and professional. I will be a customer for life.

Excellent experience—highly recommend Synergy Home Appliance! My husband and I bought a washer-dryer & dishwasher from here. IN STORE: Noah was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. He explained things thoroughly and without being pushy or rushed at all. We also appreciated that he took the time to help us understand the ongoing rebates. The manager, Ken, briefly came by to say hello and was super nice too. This was a truly welcome experience after spending way too much time comparing options online! DELIVERY: We received our appliances in 6 days & everything went super smoothly! The two delivery guys were diligent and nice. All three appliances are working very well (10/10 would recommend LG!) Appreciate that we were given an accurate delivery window ahead of time & that the whole installation took less than an hour. Thank you so much for all the help! We will definitely return if we need other appliances in the future 😊

Synergy Appliance is Burlington gets 5 stars as a company with great products. We worked with Tim to get a ventless dryer and a washing machine. We sold out house and left the washer/dryer for the new owners. Our new house is more of European Styling so they did not have a dryer vent which is Illegal in some European countries. Tim worked through our options giving us Great advice and we ended up with a Miele. The scheduling and install team were careful and very competent and pleasurable to work with. I went to them because of a recommendation by my son who was repressed because after the sale but before delivery, the pricing dropped so he got a call that the price was now lower and passed the discount to him. Good moral value!!
