Very helpful and knowledgeable. Matt D was the employee who helped me. Also helped me with driving directions as not familiar with Brockton store Delivery guys were also great and very professional. Recently bought 3 appliances in Weymouth and Adrianne was also great. I was in the Brockton area at the time and was not disappointed. Highly recommend either location. Thanks

August 2026. I had to have my washer serviced which I purchased at Toma in Brockton. That was a very pleasant and smooth transaction. Today the service guy Brandon was fantastic. Fair, honest and knowledgeable. Unfortunate to need a repair with less than three years old. But they dont make them like the old days. I highly endorse GW Toma appliance for their great sales and service teams. Ty👍

Excellent service through and through! Sales person Abel was knowledgeable about dishwashers and helped me make my selection. He was easily reached when I wanted to update delivery times via email and responded quickly. The delivery team was super friendly and efficient! Amazing!

The whole experience was great. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helped me pick our units that would work for my space. Delivery was great. I have an old house with uneven floors and they took time to level everything and explained everything to me.
