Don't waste your time at the big box stores. Shore appliances, sells, services and provides outstanding price. They beat the box stores and will deliver the next day, no well we can order it and it maybe in in a couple of weeks. I have bought multiple appliances from them over the years and the results are always the same, Outstanding.

Our refrigerator was expertly diagnosed and repaired. The technician was very skilled and thoughtful, carefully cleaning up the water and ice that had accumulated when it was not running properly. He also explained what was wrong with the fridge so I understood every step of what was needed and how he addressed the issue. I also appreciated the texts that kept me informed of his ETA so that I wasn’t homebound waiting for him.

We had a great experience with Shore Appliance Connection. At the Lewes store, we purchased a full kitchen suite with helping us throughout the process. Our delivery was smooth and easy with two capable gentlemen from truck #3. They did a great job of leveling up the fridge and oven even though our floor was not level. The were careful about protecting the floor and walls. The install with Clayton from truck #1 did an wonderful job as well. He was incredibly knowledgeable, careful with his work and explained everything so we were clear with what to expect. I would recommend this team to anyone replacing appliances or installing new. Great job!!
