We are so pleasantly surprised by the service and product we received from Bray & Scarff!
We needed a new refrigerator in a hurry, and started looking in the usual spots, but the lead times were at least a week. We figured we just had to deal with it, so we went to those stores to look at their floor models so we could narrow down our search. After visiting a couple of big stores, we were feeling a little overwhelmed and not anywhere near where we could make a decision, so we decided to stop by Bray & Scarff in our town just to see what they had, and while we’ve never shopped there, we were convinced it had to be a lot more expensive than the big box stores, but we still chose to go in and take a look since we were just down the street…we went in with the idea of not interacting with any of their “likely pushy sales people”, but we were disarmed by this knowledgeable and charming salesperson named Katelyn. She had ALL the answers the guys at the other stores couldn’t give us, matched the price, processed the financing application, scheduled our delivery for two days later, and had us out the door in less than 30 minutes!!! In that time, she also managed to give us information on dishwashers (which is probably going to be next purchase).
Everything was done and delivered exactly as she said it was going to be. The refrigerator is glorious and meets all the criteria our family had. We are so impressed with her personal and technical skills, we are not dreading having to purchase another appliance in the future, which is something that always makes me anxious. She wasn’t pushy and clearly knew what she was talking about…she gave us the pros and cons of the two different brands we were looking at, and what other customers like and dislike about the refrigerators they buy…seriously, it was like talking to a real life Chat GPT. She saved us hours of research, and many more of questioning ourselves on whether we had made the right choice.
I think B&S will have our business for all kitchen-related purchases from now on. Thank you Katelyn! You are a 🌟
