Bray & Scarff

Unfortunately, we had to replace our range due to normal wear and tear. Bray & Scarff was our second stop. As we entered the door we were greeted with a warm welcome. As we moved to the range selection, Stacey came over and explained the ranges to us. She answered our questions and gave advice according to her own experience. Hands down the best experience shopping for new appliances. Jon was beyond patient, very knowledgeable, and really took the time to show me all the options, explain everything and answer all of my questions. I shopped at 6 different companies but Bray & Scarff consistently had the best prices and the best customer service. The delivery team was outstanding. I can not say enough great things about how efficient and professional they were. We purchased the GE black slate French door refrigerator and matching microwave. **update 2 months later, we love our new appliances. Due to an unexpected issue with our oven we just purchased the GE black slate oven and dishwasher. This time I emailed Jon telling him what we were looking for and he took care of business as usual. I will recommend Bray & Scarff to anyone looking for new appliances, and always tell them to ask for Jon. You will not be disappointed!

We have a custom kitchen that cannot take a regular range, and we were relieved that the salesperson at Bray & Scarff was able to compare the only two models that are manufactured that would work. He helped us choose the one that best meets our unique situation. He Very thoroughly ran thru features and price points. It was a pleasant experience.
