They send you updates on your phone with appointment reminders and estimated arrival time, They are very educated when it comes to appliances, very respectful, they have good prices and are very reliable. I was very impressed with them and will definitely call them again and refer them to others.

Very reliable and trustworthy local appliance repair service. Dustin and Tiffany provide exceptional customer service, responding to calls or emails, often within an hour. They keep you updated with regard to arrival time and Dustin is very punctual. Both are very friendly and straightforward which is a definite plus in my book. Dustin is very knowledgeable and presented the options of whether to fix my 1999 Whirlpool washer twin tower or replace it. I decided to have him fix it as the dryer works well. A new transmission and transmission drive clutch later and the washer is performing great! Dustin even replaced the dryer latch as a complimentary service, so no more holding the door closed with duct tape lol! If you value honesty, integrity, and hard work, Dustin is your guy. I would definitely recommend Abbott Appliance!

Dustin came out to troubleshoot our dripping water dispenser. He was nice, polite and very helpful. He diagnosed our issue as a bad water solenoid value. Unfortunately the part is not made any more as our fridge is 15 years old. He did give us a discount on the service call since he could not get the part to repair the fridge. He also shared with us on which manufacturer to look at when it needs replacement and which ones to avoid at any cost. Thank you Dustin for your help and knowledge.
