He worked efficiently, diagnosed the problem, and completely resolved the issue. Another company had already been out twice and never fixed it. John was courteous, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Evolve Appliance and will definitely call them again.

John at Evolve Appliance diagnosed and fixed our Miele freezer when Miele couldn't do it. Every time I open the freezer now and grab for some ice, I am grateful to John for getting this repair done correctly the first time. Miele service was unresponsive and useless. Mr. Appliance misdiagnosed the problem as "closed system" issue which only Miele could fix. John was recommended by Appliance Distributors in Annapolis as a Go-To repairman. Boy, were they right! Hit the jackpot! John came within a day, correctly diagnosed the problem, and got on ordering the parts. Once the parts were available, he came back, installed the new fan, and bingo, we were back up and running. A good local repairman is worth is weight in GOLD! Highly recommend!

John was great! He came out and quickly diagnosed our refridgerator’s ice maker issue within minutes and came up with a solution to fix it.
