Avoid this company. Delivery was late, and the first time the laundry center was used, it flooded the apartment. The next day, their technician ran the machine without fixing the problem, flooding the apartment—and the apartment below—a second time. The owner refused to speak with me. Through an office employee, he blamed the damage on a supposedly missing drain pan and offered a 12-month warranty instead of addressing the destruction. When I sent photographic proof that a pan was present, they stopped responding and refused to provide their insurance certificate. Two floods, extensive property damage, and zero accountability. I would never hire this company again.
