The staff was friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions. Their prices were great, and the whole buying process was easy and stress-free. Most horrid customer service. Dealing with Jose has been an absolute nightmare. I was promised calls over and over again, talk talk talk and no action. Got a stove that was not working properly and over 7 months now trying to resolve it to no avail. Save yourselves the headache and the agony and spend an extra $100 but avoid this place at all cost.

They were very helpful and had a wide variety of options to choose from, I ran into some issues with a used fridge purchased from them but they were very responsive and helpful when it came to repairs / exchanges. I had no issues working out a new deal with them after experiencing some issues with my fridge during the warranty period.
